In the past our law firm would hire on our own which would result in ineffective interviews and applicants that just didn’t meet our criteria. Ultimately, months if not years were put into training someone who simply didn’t fit.
This time when our team was looking to expand and hire a new assistant we turned to the Agency to assist in the recruitment and from our initial discussions with Danielle it was apparent that this is a team of high qualified professionals who have a genuine interest in every project that they take on.
Not only did they find us candidates in less than two weeks, they all exceeded our expectations. Instead of choosing the best worst case scenario, we found ourselves in a situation where we almost wanted to hire every single applicant.
The team at the Agency handles everything from conducting the interviews, contacting references and negotiating with the applicants. We just sat and listened during the interviews without having to come up with a single question. During the interviews Danielle and Courtney made us feel as though they were a part of the team with their thorough questions which were not generic but rather customized to our needs and business.
