Job Skid Steer Operator, Edmonton

Park Paving Ltd. has been locally owned and operated for 50 years as one of the largest road construction contractors in Edmonton, and we are looking for an EXPERIENCED SKID STEER OPERATOR to join our EXCAVATION SERVICES DIVISION.

This is a permanent seasonal position that offers a competitive wage with benefits.

Skid Steer Operator primary duties will include but are not limited to:

• Completing pre-trip and preventative maintenance on your assigned vehicle (greasing, etc.)
• Operate vehicle, trailer and skid steer safely
• Understanding of proper load securement
• Experience driving a trailer
• Have a clear understanding of the job you are to complete.
• Ability to read drawings / blueprints
• Understand grades and structures
• Operate a laser level
• Install material to grade with a skid steer
• Transport materials with minimal spillage on roadways
• Basic understanding of how to operate an excavator an asset
• Maintain site cleanliness. Barricades, roadways, etc.
• Perform general labouring duties as needed
